This chicken wing dipping sauce is super simple but the perfect cooling reflux friendly dip with chicken wings. It has a sour cream base, fresh herbs and mixes up in 5 minutes.
3/4 cup fat-free or plant-based sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill or 2 tablespoons fresh
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1–2 tablespoons fat-free or plant-based milk
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients, adding the plant-based milk a little at a time until the sauce is at your desired thickness.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle before serving.
