Ingredients
- 16 ounces silken (soft) tofu, drained well
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, large stems removed
Instructions
- Add tofu, nutritional yeast, cumin, coriander, salt, and onion powder to a food processor
- Pulse until smooth
- Add cilantro and pulse until finely chopped and dispersed
- For chilled version, refrigerate 15 minutes
- To heat, microwave 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds
