This creamy alkaline smoothie is ultra-refreshing and full of flavor! Honeydew, Banana, Spinach, and ginger combine to make a delicious PH balancing drink.



  • 1/2 large honeydew melon (5 cups diced)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds


  • Gather all your ingredients: honeydew melon, frozen banana, spinach, ginger, chia seeds, and almond milk.
  • Peel and chop the honeydew melon. Add chopped honeydew and frozen banana to your blender.
  • Toss in a handful of fresh spinach leaves for that extra nutrient boost.
