1 tablespoon plant-based butter
3/4 pound jumbo red shrimp (may use pink shrimp or any jumbo shrimp)
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp, water, coriander, and salt to the skillet and sauté just until shrimp are opaque throughout, 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro and dill and remove skillet from heat. Serve immediately.
