Pesto is one of my favorite condiments to keep on hand. Try this acid-reflux friendly version to brighten pasta, salads, roasted veggies & more!
1 Cup Basil
1 Cup Spinach
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
4 TBSP Olive Oil
Splash of Veggie Broth
- In a food processor, combine the basil, spinach, nutritional yeast, and splash of veggie broth. Pulse until combined.
- With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and pulse until combined. For a smoother pesto, add more olive oil or veggie broth until it reaches your desired consistency.
