Description

Did you know that there is a connection between reflux and liver function?  We created a nutrient dense, delicious tasting, (awful looking) juice to cleanse the liver and make sure it’s working properly.

Ingredients

4 oz unsweetened apple juice

4 oz carrot juice

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup spinach greens

1/2 cup flat parsley

1 TB beetroot powder

1/2 TB turmeric

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Add the spinach, stemmed parsley, and avocado to the blender
  2. Pour in the unsweetened apple juice and carrot juice
  3. Add the dry ingredients of beetroot powder, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon
  4. Blend on high until smooth
