This Low Acid Dressing made with Ginger and Tahini is the perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and zesty. It’s also incredibly gentle for those with acid reflux or GERD.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt (use plant-based for a vegan option)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 tsp Fresh Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Zest the Ginger: Start by grinding or zesting the ginger until you have around 3 teaspoons.
- Mix the Tahini: In a bowl with yogurt, maple syrup, fresh ginger, and salt.
- Combine Ingredients: Whisk or stir to combine and add warm water until the desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Store your dressing in a sealed container (I like this one) in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
