  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2-4 Servings 1x

Description

This Low Acid Dressing made with Ginger and Tahini is the perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and zesty. It’s also incredibly gentle for those with acid reflux or GERD.

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt (use plant-based for a vegan option)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Zest the Ginger: Start by grinding or zesting the ginger until you have around 3 teaspoons.
  2. Mix the Tahini: In a bowl with yogurt, maple syrup, fresh ginger, and salt.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Whisk or stir to combine and add warm water until the desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Store your dressing in a sealed container (I like this one) in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
