Ingredients For Mushroom Rice
Mushrooms – Mushrooms have a unique and savory taste that makes them a delicious addition to many dishes, and their potential health benefits include boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation, and improving brain function.
Brown Rice – Brown rice is a low-acidic food that can be a good option for people with acid reflux, as it provides fiber and nutrients that promote digestion, regulate bowel movements, and may reduce the risk of acid reflux symptoms. Plus, its nutty flavor and chewy texture make it both satisfying and delicious.

Salt & Thyme – To make all those savory flavors pop!
How To Make Mushroom Rice
First, saute the mushrooms in some bone broth for 4-5 minutes. Season with pink salt and thyme leaves. Set half the mushroom aside.
Then, add brown rice to a pot along with bone broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cover, letting it simmer on low for 45-50 minutes or until brown rice absorbs the liquid.
Finally, stir in the remaining mushrooms, and season with salt and thyme to taste.
